Interactive Portfolio (1999)
An older example of "dynamic" html is this 1999 portfolio page which uses Javascript and form fields to have an "active" page before Flash was popular, and before DHTML began to mature as a technology.

PHP/JS Draw is an experiment in making an interface to allow someone to "draw" using simple JavaScript: image mouseovers, onclick, onmouseover. The first version was built in 1999, and the most recent in 2002.
